Hi, I’m Thomarri Jordan — a passionate leader, mentor, and advocate for women’s empowerment. I am the proud founder of Queens Empowering Queens, an organization dedicated to uplifting women from underserved communities through mentorship, workshops, and the tools needed to unlock their full potential.
Originally from Sacramento, I hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, which has equipped me with both the strategic insight and the heart-centered leadership approach that fuels my work. My professional mission is to educate, inspire, and guide women as they overcome personal barriers, embrace their self-worth, and confidently transition into
personal and professional success.

One of my proudest achievements has been establishing financial stability for myself despite growing up in an underserved community with limited access to resources. This journey not only reflects my resilience and determination but also fuels my passion for helping other women overcome similar challenges and build empowered, sustainable lives.

Our mission is to equip, encourage, and elevate teen girls and women, particularly those from underserved communities, by providing the tools, mentorship, and support needed to overcome their past and step boldly into a brighter future.
